Guy I like

So I have a lot of feelings for this one guy I have for 1 year and 4 months already and every time I see him I get so much butterflies every day at school before I see him I just get so impatient my heart starts pumping like crazy because I just can’t wait till I see him like It drives me crazy so what does this mean ??? Does this mean i have something more for him since i get so anxious and have butterflies and stuff every time I see him and what not.. please tell me. What does this mean ??
