What does this all mean?

I’ve been on Tri Linyah for almost two years. At first it was great. No side effects at all. It never lightened my bleeding but I didn’t mind that. As of recently I’ve noticed some weird changes. I get an increased amount of thick stretchy discharge that’s white/yellow tinged. ( no burning, itching, pain or smell!) I randomly get brown/red spotting anywhere from 1-2 weeks before my bleed, this month I was having sharp pains in the outer corners of my breasts ( stopped now but lasted about a week) and I’ve been a lot more irritable. I will admit I haven’t worked out as much as I used too and my diet hasn’t been the best. Should I change my pill or should I try to get back on my healthier schedule? I’ve just been super busy lately. Anymore have something similar happen?
