Nose piercing

I got my nose pierced about a month ago(by a professional who used a needle) and I have a red bump on the top of the piercing. I started out cleaning it with antibacterial soap and rinsing with saline solution. I read online that you should just use saline, so I switched. I've been wetting a Qtip and lightly cleaning the top to get the crust off. I think I popped it when I was cleaning it e as earlier today😢 I was just wondering if there is a better way to clean the piercing or any tips/tricks to get rid of the bump? Thanks in advance 😁
