Ultrasound tech pressed too hard on belly!

I had a growth scan today (I’m 32 weeks pregnant and baby has been measuring small so I get them regularly). Well the ultrasound tech did the full scan and everything looked great. Well there was a student tech shadowing her and the tech let the student “play around” on my belly while she input her notes into the system. The student was pressing my tummy SO HARD it honestly hurt and it still hurts! I even winced a few times . I am so mad I didn’t speak up. This went on for 5-10 minutes before the tech turned around and said “you don’t need to press so hard be careful with your pressure!!”

Could this has caused harm to my baby?? Am I silly for worrying?
