Dream of pregnancy

I had this dream last night that someone was pregnant the person that was pregnant in my dream was my cousin. I have three cousin right now that are pregnant they’re six months now I wonder why I’m gaving a dream of her being pregnant and we already know they’re having a baby could this be a sign that I might be pregnant or we’ll become pregnant soon has anybody had this happen to them where they dream someone is pregnant and it turns out to be them
