What to do during TWW

So we all know how hard that TWW is... we literally drive ourselves insane!!! Stress is the absolute LAST thing we need right now while trying to conceive. So instead of going nuts, take this time to indulge in selfcare activities. Get your nails done, read, write, create, do your hair, wear a new shirt, binge Netflix, face masks whatever you can think of to pamper yourself and keep you stress free.

We have to be mentally and physically prepared for the days to come so why not feel our best!!!
