I'm confused. Is this sex tape from before me or did he cheat? If it's before me then why does he need forgiving? If he cheated then there's no staying with him to forgive.

First off, I wouldn’t ever intend to watch it. I don’t purposely do things that I know will hurt. Secondly, it was before me and therefore there’s nothing to forgive. If I’m hurt it’s because of my own ego, not because they weren’t allowed to do whatever they wanted to do in their past. If my ego is hurt those are MY feelings to deal with, not his.
