Sexually “experienced” but only achieving orgasm from penetration

Hey ladies! I’ve always had these burning questions in my mind and none of my friends have had the same experience.

I’m 22 and I’ve had countless partners (like >50, college makes it too easy). I’ve never orgasmed from clit stimulation from myself or another person, and I don’t like oral sex at all, it does nothing for me. I’ve orgasmed and even SQUIRTED from penetrative sex twice before, but it depends on the guy. The most annoying thing for me is being in a relationship and not being able to come for the life of me. Even vibrators don’t do it. Does anyone have any similar experience/possible solutions via sex toys or something else? I’d love to hear!!

I’m also diabetic and have been for 19 years so I’m really hoping my nerves aren’t just damaged for good :(
