I need to convince my husband

My husband and I just found we are pregnant with our rainbow baby yesterday . We are both excited and have been trying for a little over 2 years . So this is a planned baby . We already have a son who will 5 and we didn’t get to do some of the things we talked about but I want to do them this time and my husband is being a party pooper . He doesn’t want to do a gender revel because he wants to know ASAP so he can buy the baby stuff and he’s hoping for a girl . I told him we don’t have to wait till I am almost due to have a gender revel but I want one . He want to do a pregnancy announcement with photos or something cool and unique if it’s a girl only 😒. Ugh he’s so stuck on a girl I don’t want him to be hurt if it’s not . Please help me convince him .
