Pimples down there

16 weeks pregnant and I keep getting pimples down there. On my labia Minora . Like inner lip clit area both sides. Different spots. Looked up all STDs but doesnt match with any. Simply looks like a pimple ! I’ll get one maybe every other week. They hurt and they are annoying!!!! I haven’t been with anyone besides hubby in 13 years. He’s never been with anyone else. What is the deal?

Going to ask my doc next month.
