Start of a cold!!
Help me!! I woke up a few hours ago with a sore throat. Couldn't go back to sleep. Now it's 4:30 am. Still not sleeping. Sitting in the living room so my SO could sleep. My nose is getting more and more congested. I took 1 tylenol 500 mg. But i dont know what else I can take. Any advice on how to get rid of a cold and fast!?
