Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Hey guys. So I went to the ER last night for some bleeding and learned I have a “small” hemorrhage (about 1.5 cm). Anyway, last night baby’s heart rate was 136. This morning for my follow up it was 110. Doctor seemed kind of rushed and told me “not to worry because there’s nothing you can do about it.” 🙄 my question to you all is this: is a drop in heart rate like that a bad sign? Anyone have experience like that and everything be okay? I’m sure the heart rate fluctuates at this stage, but that seems like a big difference! 7 weeks today. Thanks!
