What do you think this is?

We had an ultrasound today due to the weird circumstances for this pregnancy. I had my iud removed and started the minipill the same night. Two weeks later, due to nausea, I took an hpt, which was positive. They just kind of wanted to see what’s going on and how far along I am. They immediately saw what appears to be two sacs. They weren’t able to get a good picture with both of them in it. The large sac is measuring 5 wks 5 days and has the beginning of a yolk sac. They didn’t measure the second one. They said it’s one of three things: 1) twins, but the smaller one is less developed/ behind 2) twins, but one is miscarrying or 3) a hemorrhage behind where the Singleton baby implanted. I asked her for her honest opinion and she told me she thinks it’s twins with one involuting. The second sac isn’t as clear and “nice” looking as the big one. But they think they can make out a sac in it. I’m looking for advice/ experience. Has anyone had anything similar? What did it turn out to be? Thanks ladies!
