Energy help??
How are you mammas keeping up your energy?? My first pregnancy, fatigue was my main symptom all 3 trimesters, like, sleep 18hrs a day fatigue 😓. This pregnancy, I’ve been soooooo tired and I have a 2yr old now so sleeping in is not an option! She’s an early riser and very active! I’ve tried caffeine, cutting out caffeine, exercising, going to bed early, eating spinach and green juice every day, and I’ve resorted to just taking long naps every evening when my husband gets home from work but those just make me groggy and I need to get stuff done!! Anyone found anything that works??
