Pcos but no symptoms

Ok so I recently got diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome from an ultrasound.

I’m 19 and the only thing that was ever off with me was I barely had any periods and I get real bad pain around my ovaries every now and then.

Other than that- nothing.

No one believes I have it ! It’s ridiculous. I’m skinny, thick head of hair, no unwanted hairs absolutely nothing.

My mum doesn’t believe me for shit and says I’m overreacting but it’s really got me down because of the infertility/possible health risks etc and the pain I do get it’s really REALLY bad and she just says “get over it stop huffing around holding your stomach”

Just feel like I’m not being taken seriously :/ on a pcos group on fb I don’t get taken seriously either and I’ve even been told it’s not pcos by random people!

anyone else like this? Feeling quite on my own tbh
