Anxiety Attack at 4 Weeks

Any experience with an anxiety attack in the first weeks of pregnancy? Did it lead to miscarriage or full term?

We are pregnant from out first round of IVF, 4weeks, 4days today. I got major anxiety yesterday that I think it was my first attack ever. The anxiety began while I was cooking dinner and lasted until in was asleep. I even had two crying spells, it was so overwhelming! Now I am having more cramps today than ever and my back is in consistent pain. I can’t shake the idea that in am miscarrying from one day of immense stress and anxiety. Any insight would be so helpful right now.
