Where to get inexpensive maternity clothes?

​Any advice where to get inexpensive maternity clothes? I'm looking to spend under $24 or less for pants and jeans, and under $15 for tops. I know I might sound a little cheap, but I'm a sales and clearance shopper, just like my Mama! Thanks!

If you have a Savers near you, that was my favorite place when I was pregnant with my son! I got tops, bottoms, and dresses for under $11 each!!

Here in Singapore, the best and cheapest place to buy maternity clothes is H&M! I don't know about the US, but you can try!

I plan on going to Target or Wal Mart. Might have to go to an actual maternity store as I work in an office and need dress clothes :( I'm cheap too, lol!
