Where do I stand in relation to my car

Question

So a parked car was parked over the keep clear outside my house and across of the my gates clearly obstructing the road. 
My daughter had a emergency doctors appointment and I couldn’t get out my fricking drive. I then tried again and scraped all my alloy on one of my front wheels so bad it looks $hiz on the kerb. I don’t know if I can report them and claim from them as it wasn’t really my fault but not sure anyone know?

I agree, it was completely your fault as you were driving and the car was parked but it was really hard to understand your post to begin with. That is just what I gathered from your post. 🤷‍♀️

I think it would still be you at fault since there was nobody in the car. And the other person could possibly get you for hit and run. Did you try finding them? I probably would’ve called the police if I couldn’t find them. But anywho I’m not sure that could go in your favor insurance wise.

If you got a picture ... they would get a ticket for parking but you’d get a ticket for hitting their car

It's still your fault. You should the police to have the car towed and an ambulance for your daughter, then sent the owner of the car the bill for the ambulance.

You should’ve just called some authority to have the vehicle removed or cited, but you’d be at fault for the damage because it was initiated by you.

Did you take a picture of the other car? How it was parked? If you did that's your proof.. Also a drs note stating that it was an emergency visit.. Not guaranteed to work but it wont hurt trying
