When did your boobs grow the most. Not including pregnancy. But what age and how long after your first period did your breasts have their bigger growth spurt. I understand breasts can still grow later on but I’m sure there is definitely a window of time where they grow the most

Is there any way to stunt, stop, or slow down breast growth in a healthy way? I play several sports and it would be ideal for me to stay an A cup, not that bigger is worse it’s just not what I want.

I dont have the same cup size as any woman in my blood family and stopped growing at about 16 at a D cup

Honestly mine grew most around 23-24. I gained 2 cup sizes very quickly.

7. Again at 10, 12, again at 14, then 16. Again at 20 from weight gain and major loss at 21/22 from weight loss. Back again at 23 with pregnancy.
It’s all effected by genetics, hormones and weight.

I was 11-12 when my boobs grew. I went from cup A to a full B and stayed like that. Now that I'm pregnant I'm a cup D.

You should probably talk to your mom, but I got my period when I was 11 and about a year later I went from a B to a DD in less than 2 months. But I was also a pretty early bloomer
