Normal or possible UTI?

Question

I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow and my goooooosh! Today just seems like I am having to pee every 5 minutes. I’ll use the restroom and I swear, I get the tingly “having to pee” sensation as soon as I finish! I have a history of uti’s and kidney infections since I was a kid, and I remember feeling like this + burning when I’d urinate...**Which the burning sensation is not what I’m feeling this time**
I know frequent urination is normal, but is the feeling of having to pee right after normal as well in pregnancy?

I had the same and it didn't end up being a uti (constant urge to pee but no pain). I was drinking hot chocolate every morning and a friend said this could be irritating my bladder and to limit sugar intake. I cut out the hot chocolate and no issues since. I have a pretty clean diet overall and unfortunately this was my treat :(. Best to get the doc to test for a uti though to be sure

Sounds like a UTI. The one thing they don’t tell you about when you get pregnant is that you are proned to get a lot of infections. There’s practically two types of infections you can get each trimester. It’s normal so just be on the look out and keep in touch with your doctor
