IUD side effects anyone??

Earlier this year, in March, I made the decision to get the Kyleena hormonal IUD. It was best for me and my concerns.

The light periods have been great and I haven’t noticed significant side effects but recently I’ve noticed my chest has grown. At first I thought it was just PMS but it’s been about 3 weeks now and they have definitely gotten larger and they seem to ache much more frequently.

Does anyone else have experience with this on Kyleena or maybe skyla or Mirena ?
