Fucking tired

I am so damn tired of everything. I’m tired of fertility and trying to get pregnant. I’ve really wanted it this last 4times but I keep getting let down. This last cycle of iui I am pregnant but my hcg levels are lower than ever went from a 9-22 and now my tests are lighter. I want to stay in bed and not work and just cry. I’m so tired guys! I am not expecting good numbers tomorrow! :(
