Unexplained bleeding

Hi all, looking for some reassurance. I’m 11 and 4 weeks with twins. At 7 weeks I had some bleeding and they found a subchorionic hematoma that resolved. Last night I woke up with gushing red blood and a large clot that resolved within an hour. Had a scan this morning and both babies looked good, no signs of a hematoma or other causes for bleeding. Want to feel relief that all looked good but feel like I’m just waiting for more bleeding. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you ladies, it really makes all the difference to hear other people’s experience.
