Which kitchen is better?

One thing you can’t see in the first kitchen is that where I circled the picture there is a “window” into the living room (not a real window just to be clear lol)

Second kitchen...

The first kitchen!! I don't like when a floorplan is SO open that the kitchen is now literally a part of the living area. I prefer SOME seperation. But both look nice. Depends on your preference. 😊

#1 is similar to mine except I have a peninsula. I love it. It opens to the informal dining, the formal dining (which is a play room) and the living room. I love it

I like the first one! I really like the “window” and how you could be in the kitchen but still be able to watch tv or talk to someone on the couch. Also, I don’t like how tight the kitchen and dining room look in the second picture.

1st ! It looks  spacious second looks like it has many things in the way of you had a gathering everybody will be on top of each other kinda thing

The first one is bigger and its own room but is still "open concept" enough. The second one is smaller and completely open concept which I know is the style nowadays but I prefer a little separation.
