Hand Foot Mouth

I have two kids (6 and 4) and this is my first time dealing with this.

The school nurse called today saying I had to come pick up my 6yr old daughter because she had hand foot mouth. My husband and I didn’t notice it before school and neither did my daughter.

She’s very upset, she thinks she’s gross and kids were picking on her telling her she’d had cooties. I explained to her that it happens to a lot of people.

Is there any home remedies anyone has for treating it fast?
