Unwanted touching in public

So I work at Walmart in the produce section. As I’m looking for stuff to mark down or expired stuff an old man on a motorized cart comes up beside me. He mumbles something about my skin showing and touches my hip. My jeans were being pulled down slightly by my belt and my shirt wasn’t quite long enough to cover it. I step back, shocked like “holy shit”,and he just winks and mumbles that I look good or something. I take a moment to gather my composure and ask, “can I help you with something?”

How often does stuff like this happen to you and how do you handle it?
