Positive or evap line?

Today I’m currently 5 days late. Last night i took a pregnancy test at possibly 1am. It seemed negative After maybe 10 minutes so i went to sleep and woke up and it appeared to be positive. I took a Clearblue rapid detection and it said negative.These are my days i had unprotected sex. I’d say about the first week after my ovulation which was the 12th not 11 i was experiencing sharp stomach pains that kinda felt like hunger. I had back pains and just felt horrible sometimes i couldn’t move or wanted to cry lol.I also had very little blood( ovulation blood). 5 days ago i was showering and seen what appeared as little blood on my wash towel i also had a little blood the day before which made me wear a pad overnight thinking i was gonna get my period. I wore a pad for 4 days straight and got no period but the cramps all felt like period cramps but then go away. I haven’t been experiencing any pregnancy symptoms other than frequent urination and I’m always hungry. What could this be
