Helpppp chest discomfort

So recently I’ve had two incidents of either the worst heartburn yet or something worse

So tonight and a couple nights I’ve actually been woken up from my sleep (I’m a heavy sleeper too) and it kinda burns / stings like right near the bottom of my rib cage but it doesn’t feel like regular heart burn I guess?

I know I should see a doctor but I don’t have health insurance atm and I’m a broke college student so I was hoping if there’s any RN’s or someone with medical history knows what this is and if I’m dying or not 😂
