How often do you and your partner yell at each other?

We get frustrated. We disagree, but we never raise our voices.

We used to tell a lot. Not anymore. Now we just argue calmly. If one of use even begins to raise our voice the other will ask "is the house on fire?" Bc that's the only reason why we should be telling. Lol

He never yells at me. I yell at him. BUT I'm yeller in general 🤦🏻‍♀️ My mom was a teller and I've picked it up. I'm trying desperately to change it though.

When we first started dating i would yell ALL the time, but that’s how i was raised and that’s how my relationship was with my ex fiancé prior to my husband. 
We speak in a regular tone and sometimes we have stern voices, but not raising our voice.     My husband and I crack people up with our arguments sometimes because you can’t tell we’re arguing and sometimes you can, but they won’t catch it till the end really.  Example we will use the same regular tone that we talk in and we can be in public, in front of friends, family etc. and out of nowhere we kind of start making smartass comments or responses to each other, but we’ll laugh and continue until we solve the issue.  I have a friend that hangs out with us a lot and she tells everyone same thing... sometimes it’s really hard to figure it out, but being around is a lot she’s starting to slowly kind of pick up when here and there.

We get irritated and mad but he literally won't let me go to bed until we settle whatever is going on. We have never yelled at or disrespected each other. The other day he irritated me and I was in the room just fussing at him to myself, he ignored me and he fixed what I was mad about, when we got out of the car at his baseball game he said are you done being mad I herd you huffing and puffing in there. 😂 We always apologize and tell each other we love each other after a incident too.

If we ever got to the point that we were yelling at each other, I would leave. That is just so stupid. I usually do the opposite and just ignore him until he makes me talk to him and we just talk calmly or I’ll start crying, but we’ve never had actual “fights”. Usually it’s just me being an insecure baby about something.

In the 5 years of being together I think we have had maybe 3 yelling fights. Besides that we don’t really fight at all.
