Low grade fever then nothing?

Yesterday after my 2nd nap I woke up with a 99 low grade fever- last night it was normal and it was normal this morning too. Today I’m having sore boobs & cramping in pelvic area. Any clues? We are TTC since last week. 10 days away from AF.
