How? It says noting about one being better than the other. It’s a fact that when breastfeeding, supplementing with formula COULD hurt your supply 🤷🏻‍♀️

Please give all the info on what you are asking:
A woman is struggling with breastfeeding, she is crying, depressed, and exhausted. She does not have enough milk to feed her boy.
1. She stated she saw a lactation consultant.
2. She stated she tried medicine.
3. She also called out women who commented (like this lady did with her biased infographic) for telling her she wasn't doing enough to get a better milk supply.
I called this lady here out on mom shaming because she clearly did not read the original post. Taken the info I provided above: Yes, it is mom shaming. The lactation consultant, and medicine didn't work and the OP DID NOT want to be shamed woth arguments like hers.
Btw: there might be biological reasons why mom's don't have enough milk.

It's only an opinion that effects some people.  I have 17, 15 url old and nearly 2 yr old.  I was told that nonsense with my first and to never top up.  She was a lazy feeder and would "snooze" while feeding...she never slept was "colicky" all the time.  At about 6 weeks there was a day it literally felt like she was sucking the marrow out of my bones!!!  I topped her up and hallelujah she slept for 2 hrs when she woke up I was nice and full and I only ever had to do it a few times here and there.  My 2nd was a champ from day one no issues.  My poor lil guy was a preemie.  They kept blocking me from feeding him told me to pump instead...3rd baby was never able to perform for pump thru all 3.  Anyways he gets out of NICU I get domperidone to replenish milk and from then till we stopped I always had to top him up 1 to make sure he was getting enough 2 because supply was harmed by the nurses and I was terrified to make him just go without especially when sleep is so crucial as well.  At the end of the day breastfeeding is not all easy peasy all the time or for everyone and giving bad advice in different situations causes more stress and issues.  You just do the best you can be happy and proud of you efforts.

I think the entire way breastfeeding is presented is rather bullshit. As professionals who are putting out these infographics, there is a much more professional way to do it that doesn’t include creepy text and condescending flow charts... It’s like passive aggressive lectures lol
