Help!

I've been breastfeeding for over 8 months now with little to no problems, when he turned 6 months tho he cut two teeth in one week and bit the living crap out of my nipples. Since then I've been dreading every feed he's so hard on them. They take turns being injured every time I get one of them feeling better it's the other. What can I do? I don't respond to a pump and even if I did he rejects bottles. I feel like an awful mom for not enjoying nursing him, I used to love it and it was our special thing...
