Is this normal or should I be worried

Okay so I have PCOS and part of my TTC journey has consisted of me losing weight. I did it by stopping eating junk food and home cooking all my meals, avoiding oils etc and making sure 1/3 of my plate was fruit/veg with every meal. I’m currently in a healthy BMI after losing around 30lbs and have conceived. My aim was to maintain my weight for as long as possible throughout my pregnancy, but that’s been quite difficult because I’ve been put off a lot of food and only able to eat certain things (unfortunately biscuits and crisps 🙄)

I weighed myself this morning to check the damage, and it seems I’ve lost another 7lbs in 5 weeks... I don’t really understand how. Does growing a baby in the first trimester use up more calories? Am I actually consuming fewer calories because I’m eating less than normal, even if its of the wrong stuff? Is it even healthy to be losing weight while pregnant?

This isn’t me subtle bragging either, it took me a year to lose those 30lbs as it’s really hard with PCOS so I don’t understand how I’ve lost 7lb in 5 weeks. Is it normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
