Tried anal for first time and I got genital warts

I just found out after two weeks of trying anal for the first time I got genital warts.

I found like no more than five of them still very soft.

They look like skin tags on my butt (surrounding the butt) I’m hoping I can get cream or something to get rid of them. I also found a skin tag on my eye lid and near my eye duct found what looks like a wart. I have had hpv due to my mother passing it onto all of us. I have had to deal with warts on my hands for years and recently treated some but never would I have thought that I would get them in my anal area.

I’m so scared to go to the doctor. But I know and I’m hoping they can help. Have any of you had this and what have you guys done to deal with hpv. I read that maybe getting vaccinated can help from getting it again....

I was planning on a whole weekend with my significsnt other Halloween weekend now idk
