7 weeks no symptoms 😰

I’m exactly 7 weeks today & I feel completely normal. With my MMC morning sickness & sore boobs hit hard right in the middle of 5 weeks. Obviously that pregnancy didn’t end well (confirmed at 11 weeks baby stopped developing at 6 weeks 1 day) so I’m trying to not compare it but this pregnancy is just so different! I also had a few days of brown spotting last week & no spotting with my MC.

My first apt is Tuesday but I’m just anxious for symptoms so I “feel” pregnant!

Did anyone else go through this? Did you ever get symptoms? I know I’m still early but just looking for some peace of mind!!
