Possible MC 😭

Sara

So on Thursday I found out I was pregnant. This is my first pregnancy so we are super excited. Then yesterday I felt the WORST bloating and stabbing pain in my abdomen I have ever felt. It also felt like someone kicked me hard in the vagina. It lasted for about an hour. I was at my mom’s house walking out to my car to run errands for her. I could barely walk. I made it to my car and was doubled over in pain, on the verge of crying, doing deep breaths and quite a bit of swearing (😂). It started to relax after about an hour but not by much. I finally told my mom I was having really bad period cramps and that I’d have to do her errands next week. I went home, took some Tylenol, and laid down for a nap for about an hour. When I got up it was considerably better but still pretty sore. I’m still a little sore today. From the reading I did, and the fact that my boobs don’t hurt anymore, I have a feeling I had a MC. I have a hgC blood test tomorrow so I will find out for sure then but I’m just so depressed. My hubby did his own research and read that many women have gone through severe pain and were fine. My bff is a PA at the fertility clinic we go to and she told me a story a couple days ago about a patient of hers that was doubled over in excruciating pain swearing that she had an ectopic pregnancy and was just fine. I’m clinging on to that story praying it’s just further implantation cramping or stretching cramps and that everything is ok but I can’t help but feel so depressed. I know that a MC is very common especially with first pregnancies and in people over 35, and that we can still keep trying after, but it’s just killing me. I’m currently at my hubby’s hockey game and there’s a girl with her newborn right in front of me and I keep tearing up. My hubby is trying hard to keep me positive but I just can’t shake the feeling. Then again, this IS my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect. *sigh* I guess we’ll find out tomorrow.
