Parents only gender reveal???

I come from a big family with six kids, and my husband comes from one with four. Lately we’ve discussed gender reveal ideas. Has anyone had a gender reveal with just their parents and husband/significant other’s parents?

We’ve recently had some big problems with a sister-in-law, and it’s just put a lot in perspective. It’s not that we don’t want to include the siblings, we will most definitely tell them. We just don’t want any fights, animosity, or hurt feelings because people chose to be rude. And we think a way to avoid that would be to just include our parents.
