Poor growth

I'm currently 38weeks and today I had my regular appointment and my doctor was measuring me and I was behind and she guessed baby was around 5 pounds so she scheduled an ultrasound and asked if I had seen any high risk doctors. She seemed guinely concerned. so I have an ultrasound tonight. I'm so worried, any one else going through this? Or has gone through something like this?
