What could these spots be?
My son has developed spots on his face, back and behind his knees. I don’t think it’s chicken pox. Behind his knees it looks like heat spots. He’s had no appetite for 2 days and is not himself. I think could be viral. The strange thing is the spots can appear and clear up pretty quick.
