I mean, if you’re being an ass you’re being an ass no matter wether you think it’s funny or not. And more power to someone for standing up for themselves. The way I see it is people have decided to get their panties in a wad when they call them out on inappropriate behavior or jokes. So I mean who is the one really getting offended. Ya know? 🤷🏻‍♀️ but i do know people who like to just be disagreeable for no reason. So I see both sides.

Some groups recently started feeling empowered enough to stand up for themselves, which is great! I don't know the joke that you are talking about if it's about a group who has felt marginalized in the past/present or if it's about something that is a non issue.
