Sore breasts, back pain, moody??

Hi everyone!

My husband and I are newly married and have not been using any type of birth control for 3 years and have not had any pregnancies. But this past month I ended my period two weeks ago and am now feeling tired and moody. I also have really sore breasts and have shortness of breath. I took a pregnancy test today and it came back negative but I feel like it’s too soon to tell. Has anyone else had this experience?
