TMI// Implantation or pregnant?

My period isn’t due for another 7 days so I know it’s early, but I would like suggestions. I’ve had cramping and a little low back pain since yesterday. I only spotted for a few hours yesterday and today. It’s pink in color, and usually I’m not cramping before my period. Do you think it COULD be implantation or maybe just a sign of my period?
