Little nervous
I posted a while back regarding weight loss and some were not very supportive.. so before I even get started I want to make it very clear I DO WANT A BABY 👶🏼😁😁❤️❤️!!! I also would be super appreciative if everyone who may have a negative comment to refrain from posting it, I need positive vibes ladies ❤️!!!
Lately I’ve found myself sighing heavily to catch my breath, not wanting to get out of my pajamas on the weekends and those “comfy pants”, well they’re not so comfy anymore, they’re getting snug... I just got married a couple of months ago and decided that I don’t want to try and have another baby (currently have a 9 year old) until I feel better about me and can get healthier for my future baby, and my current one ❤️. But that day has still yet to come... I’m still eating extra bowls of cereal for snacks and making popcorn when I’m not even hungry... it’s like, I’ve threatened myself to lose weight, by not having a baby until I’m healthier, and that didn’t even seem to work... I’m 30 yr old woman, 5 foot 6 inches and weigh almost 200 lbs... I work a very demanding and stressful job 8-5ish with no breaks (most of the time)... when I get home all I want to do I come home after work and eat/sit on the couch. I’ve noticed a difference in my moods from when I was healthy at 155lbs in 2004 and currently... how did you working moms do you?? How did you find time to focus on you and lose weight? I also feed horses every morning where I board them so I already wake up freakishly early to get everything done and my daughter and I to work/school! HELP ME find a workout routine that will fit my schedule and explain to me how you finally got your motivation!!
