Weird movements

Okay so I’m 28 weeks and for some time now, a couple weeks at least I have been feeling these crazy spastic/jerky/rapid movements from the baby. Sometimes they are in one spot and other times it makes my whole belly move, sometimes they only last a couple seconds and other times it can last like a minute or longer. No way it can be the hiccups because it’s way to fast a rapid. I looked it up and read about it multiple times so I kept just reassuring myself it was nothing but I just don’t know what it is and it’s starting to freak me out! I have an appt on Tuesday and I will definitely bring it up but I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and it ends up not being anything??
