2 miscarriages now pregnant

So ive two miscarriages, one about 2 years ago and my other in July of this year. I just found out I’m currently pregnant this is the week of my missed period. I’ve gotten 2 bfp!! 🤗🤗 my boobs get tender every once and awhile, I had really crazy dreams but those actually stopped.. I’m crazy tired, with slight cramping still. Has anyone been in a situation close to mine, did you end up having a healthy pregnancy? Also since I just miscarried shouldn’t I be more likely to have a healthy pregnancy this time around??
