I’m honestly not avoiding shit. Just practicing the same common sense I always do. I already used paraben and sulfate free shampoos just because they’re better for my hair. But I haven’t changed anything about my beauty or cleaning routines since I got pregnant.

I’m doing my best to avoid as many things as I can. I’d appreciate some tips if you’ve got any. Right now sticking to natural cleaners, and natural deodorant. Trying to find the right daily lotion to get... just want to limit as much toxins from going into my body as possible. Don’t want to start my child off already poisoned from the yucky things in this world 😬

Me. I switched my shampoos, skin care, tooth paste, and deodorant, plus I don’t dye my hair anymore. I’d be really sad if by some chance if I was using products with those chemicals in it it did cause harm to my baby and I knew I could’ve prevented it. Everything in pregnancy is “is it really worth the risk” and to me it’s not.

I actually sell stuff for a company that has all natural cleaners and all that jazz. I made a post about it awhile ago and people assumed I was trying to sell stuff so I got reported😟just thought they’d like to know where to get chemical free stuff.

All i did was stay away from the foods we aren’t supposed to eat like deli meat and unpasteurized stuff. I also switched my lotion to a natural lotion and checked most of my products on the think dirty app. Also i will be using only water wipes instead of huggies or pampers wipes and organic bathing products on baby.
