Plan b pill problem/help

So I have a question and would like to know if anyone else has went through the situation after taking a plan b pill. Weekend of September 30 I had unprotected sex, it was the last day of my period. I was concerned because me and my fiancé are not trying to have another kid at the moment so I took a plan b pill. Everything was fine no symptoms or anything, well this weekend I was spotting kinda thought it was from when I went to my obgyn for my yearly checkup . Now it’s heavy bleeding more like a period and lots of clots( tmi soooo sorry). I don’t have any other symptoms, just the bleeding . Should I be concerned? Call my obgyn? Make an appointment? Or just stop freaking out 😂. Any comments would greatly be appreciated. Thank in advance!
