Is my boyfriend going off of me

Since Friday he’s been acting funny, I had a nightmare that made me stupidly anxious and depressed and I didn’t want to talk about it as i knew it wasn’t real and if I spoke about it I’d have gotten worse but he kept pushing to the point I got so anxious and angry I hurt myself since then he’s hardly kissed of hugged me we hardly snuggle or at all and this morning when we said bye because he was off to work he limply hugged me and pecked my lips didn’t even say he loved me what did I do 😭
