I keep hearing people say have lots of sex and it can help send you into labor. I just want to see what other people have to say about it.

It is to do with the prostaglandins in the mans sperm reacting with with cervix to soften it - rather than the sex itself! So don't use a condom! Oxytocin which governs contractions is released during orgasm so enjoy yourselves :)

We keep hearing that and we keep trying it...nothing so far! 4 days late and counting, tried it every other night so far....it's exhausting!!! I always need a day to recover afterwards 😐☺️
