Could I be infertile in my 20’s

We didn’t hardcore try to conceive. We didn’t do ovulation tests we just went off the app and we didn’t use anything like pre-seed. We also didn’t do it everyday and maybe sometimes not as much as we should have but it was definitely multiple times a week and for maybe 10 months we stopped using protection. I know he’s fine so if there’s a problem it has to be me. My periods were never irregular only twice my whole life I was a week late however I was ttc when I got those lates. Thoughts?
